Sab - its easy. Below is how i do it and tastes delicious.

In one cup yogurt, add some salt according to your taste, add 1tbs tandoori masala, half tbs freshly grounded garam masala (i always make my own garam masala as the shop bought doesnt have a fresh taste/smell) and lil bit laal mirch. Mix it all up - it should be red now. Marinate the chicken and cook as normal. It will red when it comes out....
