yeah man the CJ ifti did nto do squat for situation of justice in the country. Legal cases sit in courts for years, decades...the unholy allliance between judges and lawyers where cases are dragged on for years so lawyers keep getting their retainer fees, and judges keep getting their kickbacks is a reality. All one has to do is look at the lifestyle of the majority of judges and wonder where the money is coming from.
Layers and judges may protest in the streets that judiciary is being impacted because CJ ifit has been made to answer for his misdeeds.
I wonder where that love of justice has been for decades where poor ppl or ppl with no connections are afraid to go to law enforcement because of the backlash the ongoing costs etc etc. and n protection from the other party while the case is in process..which takes years upon years.

Every educated person with an insight of Pakistani judiciary and politics knows that Pakistan is a corrupt state ruled by worst secular elite. As I always say Kafirs of United Kingdom and United States are a 100 times better than these Secular Munafiqeen and Kuffar; this is because when girls are raped by gangsters, they don't open their filthy mouths against them, every other day we hear news that a girl was raped by a gang of rapists, and their so called women protection bill which the Adulterer-Regime has passed is only to protect the Adulterers and Rapists, they have always been refuted that the issue of 4 witnesses is falsely used against former Hudood Laws; they only needed a lame excuse to impose their Ludeness and Adultery upon already corrupted Pakistani society.
People have no water to drink, no food to eat, no justice to buy, but Secular Munafiqeen don't get fired up against them, because they are living their filthy lives at the A.S.S.E.S of Kuffar. They are Slaves of Kuffar, with no shame and self respect, always ready to lick Kafir-A.s.s.e.s.
If there are really Paedophile mullas then why you don't bring them to justice, I don't say all mullas are angels, but their majority is certainly very good, unlike your (secular) vast majority which consists of Rapists, Adulterers and Drunkard Piecess of S.H.I.T.

How can you trust this story of a gang rape coming from a person who allowed his brother to escape recently from Lal Masjid when it was under seige by the army in a BURQA?
I mean these guys have already shown instances of law-breaking, and immoral religious activity. I don't know if you can trust this Abdul Rasheed Ghazi to tell the truth.
It could easily be a ploy to get public support for their movement.
If the story is a real one, which it could possibly be, I hope the government takes care of the situation. It should not be difficult to remove and execute a person with the level of power that awan has. He's in the police and he knows a nazim? Big deal. If this was a minister, it might prove to be more problematic and tough to discipline him, but he just has a simple job from the government. Government doesn't entertain frivolties from people at that level.

Err. How? These fatwas of gang rapes are not proclaimed by the degenerate moderates of the areas. Almost all the time, a lethal mixture of deeply rooted culture and extremist misunderstanding of Islam by the local clerics is used to justify these heinous crimes. No degenerate moderate will support gang rapes but I am sure plenty of religious extremist will find it a reasonable way to punish the immoral sex.

It will be amusing how these brothers will prove the charge. As per hadood ordinance or the new one? The evidence they are gathering is not acceptable under Hadood law. DNA testing is not acceptable. 4 witness to rape will not be available.
Without DNA testing, how can the poor girls prove their innocence. Culprits may find another degenerate mullah to support that they were married.
