I will check with some one soon. May be this term is not spoken in area where i come from.

I learnt most of my Punjabi in hostel and there are a lot of words that i speak but no one is familiar with those words in my home town.

nai baba...there are two wheels with teeth on them over which there is a chain. the smaller toothed wheel at the hub of the rear wheel is called kutta:

kuttay fail is when you are pedalling but the cycle doesnot move.

yep...the anti locking device fails due to wear N tear and hence the chain simply slips and is unable to turn the rear wheels. :)
