yehh its the starch from pasta .. and its slightly cos of the souce thas on it … it was hot souce or something pata nahi waht they made if from ..
but as i said .. i aint fond of kushri myslef .. so i wudnt know whas the best quality out there .. its just that i have to try something new everytime atleast i cant say i havent tried thaat …
kushri usually has 3 sauces naa. green one made from vinegar lemon juice and coriander powder, hot sauce and pasta sauce in non traditional restaurants in traditional ones they use kabsa wala tomato sauce.
i dont like kushri much mostly cuz of lentils and fried onions pasta and sauce is fine. i usually dont pick things out from food but i do from kushri
yehhh i kinda knew that .. but not that in detaill challo i think i ll check sme more kushri out from a non traditional resturant … with all sorta soucess ..hmm sounds more yummy wanting to try some more ..
yehh am not picky myslef ..but sometimes am not a fan of tomatos .. i never have tomato sauce …ketchup .
