Kulsoom is a nice lady...until you disagree with her on something.
Almost all of my wardrobe consisted of her outfits until she chose to be petty about a particular outfit that was $175.
I ordered in after looking at the outfit in pink - decided to get it made in royal blue. She takes measurements herself so there's no doubt about sizing.
When the outfit came and I tried it on, the kameez wasnt fitted correctly so she said she would have it resized.
Fine by me. At this point I had paid her the full sum since I had seen the outfit in person.
Several weeks later I went back and she said oh yeah I have your kameez - you're the one who had spilled stuff on it and wanted to see if you could get it taken out right?
Um.....the kameez had never left her place. To this day she thinks that I had spilled oily stuff on the kameez and I had come by asking her to get the stains taken out.
Sadly, I walked away with a stained kameez (thank goodness it's royal blue so you cant see them too well) but she refused to believe me when I said that I never touched that outfit outside of her house!
That was the last time I ever went to her.
I dont want to take away her credibility aside from what she deserves to have taken away so I would say that she's good at what she does, she knows it and she charges a hefty penny for it. For last minute, she's perfect. Overall, aside from that incident, she was professional.
