hm. sleep deprivation can hurt the whol body.
over work during day and night can make the person weak and old quicker.
night shift people are irritable during the day, in many cases.
lack of or minimal orientation and attentiveness due to being up at night for work hours, can be hazardous.
some people who are not with any obligations family wise and live by themselves, as well as have knowingly chose to work at night, could have a plus of being more active at night time and thus more productive at their work place. sleep deprived parents can be a less 'present' for their children.
