As for the rest of you, thankyou so much :) i already do some of the above in terms of activity. I get about 7 hours sleep on weekdays and a good 11 on weekends! :D other than that i do zumba once a week and have taken up a creative activity one evening a week which i do with friends at a local college. My days are pretty jam packed tbh, i leave home for work at 7.30am and most evenings i get home at 8pm. Weekends i chill with the family. So alhumdulilah in terms of activity i think i get a fair share. But i will defo cut down on the tea. True pakistani style, i just love my chai! But will replace that for camomile tea nd mint tea (and hot chocolate on treat-myself days!) will also try the st johns wart, and what the heck i'll even try the hash if even that all dont do it! :P i kid i kid. But thank you all :)
-walk or exercise everyday for atleast an hour
-healthy eating habits...fruits milk fresh vegees etc...and greentea ofcourse
-go for a stylish haircut...a facial or mani pedi every month
-write down all the depressions n tensions (whenever u r depressed)on a paper n throw it in garbage....i used to wrap the stones with these papers n throw in a river beside my home lol
-share ur problems with ur best frends,parents or partener
-do tasbeeh everyday
whe i am stressed its usually the fear that i am going to lose. So i take long breaths,read dua and ensure myself i am not alone.
or i do cleaning.it puts my mind off things
Aight aight..xtron just read your post badcook. What ya gota do is take control of your life. Find a friend who can motivate you to go to gym. And focus on your food. Xtron knows when someone is stressed either people over-eat or don't eat much at all. What you should do is focus on what you eating. Wish ya all the best yo!.
