The last kurti was very pretty! Lara, thank you for always being so open to sharing your experiences. I can tell that your taste is very understated, subtle and elegant. These kurtis definitely reflect your style.

I have ordered from HinaB a few times now. She is very business-like in her emails. The customer service I have experienced is very good. There have been a few times when work was not exactly as I imagined or she forgot to do something and she will give me a nice credit towards future purchase. She once made a kurti in the wrong color and then emailed me saying there was a delay in the order because of wrong color but she was going to sent it along with correct one for free. Stitching has always been very very good. The kaam is good quality. I feel it's very nicely done in terms of placement and spacing.
As for comparing her to HH enterprise, their emails are very warm in the ordering process versus HinaB's business-like manner. My order from them in August had some stitching issues which I didn't undertand how they allowed it to be shipped out, but after finally getting them to agree to cover return shipping charges, they fixed that and I am happy. My experience with HH fabric colors is very good. The online girl Rabeela is very good at helping you pick out colors if you want to customize and suggest styling changes to kameezes, etc. if you want to make it more to your taste. They are open to changing things you see in their pictures.
HH is a designer who does her own stuff, whereas HinaB copies. I have seen HinaB be creative when I have sent her several pictures and asked to make versions in kurti forms for $50 each.

my advise to anyone would be, dont work with any of these fly by night copycats unless they take credit cards, and even then use virtual card numbers when dealing with them. because once they ahve your money and then you roll teh dice to see what you get, if u get crap, they have no real motivation to work with you to correct their mistakes and bad work.
if u use a credit card, you can dispute the charge, and stiff em.

the least hina b can do is not call herself a desinger but a tailor.
