I know the quality of the stuff in canada, it maybe same in look but cannot be same in quality. Infact most of the stuff in stores in US and CA are rather plasticky.

Wonderful…obviously I must have purchased something inferior, right?
And of course all the stuff in stores in US and CA must be of lower grade than what you are offering.

I might have been inclined to share the details and the pic with you had you not been so condescending in your response…

Hint: Effective customer service skills means not insulting a potential client.
