I do it, but the only reason I would be more cautious doing it around desi people that I've had some bad experiences in the past and I don't want any desi to comment and say something, instigating my husband to break his two front teeth :P
Partners showing their affection towards each other openly without second thought of what others may think.
Holding hands etc. is okay but as for making out in public, I don't do it, not because "what will others think?" but because those moments are supposed to be personal/private.
Well i don't care actually, its just that people have to think on their own that there must be people who wouldn't approve of such things which makes me feel odd about the whole thing...
i guess it totally depends on the type of relationship you have with your spouse/ better half.. sometimes people are soo comfywith each other that they really dnt care abt the world around them.. including the aunti's and uncles and bacha's.. and in some cases just holding hands is enuff.. personally i think affectionate displays r something between 2 people and should stay tht way.. but i guess everyone has a diferent point of view..
if u live in a goralised world…i feel its not a big deal…like last year on valentines day we went to have a nice meal in an italian place couples were kissing there…we wouldnt do it on purpose but just a peck is not to be embarassed about…
wen we go out now and then we do hold hands…hug…and somtimes kiss…but thats not to show off our love in public …ur just caught in the moment…but NO we dont do it as bad as the gore loug do it…
never in an asian community or in fornt of anti and uncles…:nono:
atifs already sed wer stopping all that at home once our kids 1 yr old……and i was like he has nooo idea wots goin round him…ati sed u dont know these new generation kids they have a mind of a wizzzz……i guess hes ryt…
Depends on what you mean by 'openly'...and just how open they are being. That would be a bit weird n odd, but nothing wrong with a kiss/peck in public. (As long as no desi aunti/uncle/bacha/bara is around :) )
no.. not infront of an Asian community.. but you'd be surprsed at the amount of DESI kissing/PDA ive seen living in a country like Canada.. its everywhere and its "be-dharak"!!.. no sharam lehaaz for the elders..
NO i don't approve, i live in the Uk and i c it all the time, but i just think its wrong cos its in public whr there r children etc they r free 2 do wht they want in private but i dont think its right in public
