Re: Killings in Police encounters: Right way of justice?
I hear you guyz and understand that there are stages where you reach and say ok enough we arent going to get it done through courts but its just a temporary fix. The problem will rise again.
For example, the killed one’s associates may lament that since one is killed via forceful operation , they are actually denied justice so then they’ll invoke others to take a revenge.
OR
the agencies who’ve conducted operation may take an undue advantage and go for more killings and this time may include innocents. There are people on both sides who’ll just take advantage of the situation ending up with ultimate choas, panic and more killings.
Can you give one example where extra-judicial has fixed the problem for good? I cant think of anything like that.
