If you gave it away, its likely that going to be given to someone who has a problem with both of theirs because people can get by with just one working kidney
anyhow...if you wanted it back...youll be asking a one personed kidney for your kidney back which may mean that they end up kidney-less and susceptable to something like death.
I would imagine that this would lead to much Tsk tsk-ing at the local mosque and...for one cannot ask for a present back once given...tis bad form and very un-English.
you will need to go on a waiting list and give alms to the poor and needy pray very hard that somebody of the same blood type and tissue type dies very quickly in a tragic accident... in these situations self preservation is of paramount importance.
Or pay for a donor from a third world country to give you one of theirs... (dont tell him about the possibility of wanting it back, for if it happens to hims...its his problem and nothing to do with you)
