Kidnapping business is booming in Pakistan and ‘SMEs’ are thriving in ideal conditions where law exists only in papers. Yesterday I heard a boy was kidnapped and a ransom or Rs200,000 was demanded. The deal was settled on 150,000. Though this particular case was successfuly dealt with by police, but it shows how desperate people are.

and do you know the kidnappers were none other but the Aunt of the child… (this was written in the same bit where above news was mentioned)
