aliyah the customer service at Khushboos is appalling, they only usually deal with ‘genuine’ customers 
i have found a number online it is worth giving it a try 0121 7533045.
My advice to you is to actually pop in to the shop and just follow up on the progress of your outfit…preferrably on a week day, on a weekend it is chaos in there
