Khuda kay Liyay

Re: Khuda kay Liyay

What exact similarity between your masters and you.

Don't worry they will label you the same beacuse your name is Suhaib and not David.

People like you label all who think different than you as ëxtremists"and "terrorists".

Shame on seculars again!

Re: Khuda kay Liyay

Man get a life… Honeslty, reading your posts, you really dont know what your talking about.. Fanatic degenrates have only one role in society, to stick to your prayer mat and leave everybody else alone…

Because goat degenerate mullahs have nothing to offer society but hate, bigotry lies and violence. Thank god for people like Shoaib Mansoor with the courage to stand up to brain dead degenerate Mullahs.

Re: Khuda kay Liyay

Shame on people like you who defile Islam with your nonsense interpretationa and your lies...

Re: Khuda kay Liyay

Chill and don't read my posts! Especially if you nothing to refute what has been posted. You having nothing to justify shoaib's vile against a person who adopts the right path(juniad). Your kind of secular mentality is also evident in Turkey when they can't even respect the right to wear a simple headscarf. Go get a life! and let live.

The evil Movie has been made and everyone has a right to discuss it. Just as i said its against islam, and you said its very islamic.....Full stop. You don't have to agree with me! Learn to listen! If not than just keep your beak shut!

Re: Khuda kay Liyay

okay, Laeeq Khan and PakPatriot, cool down. No need to enter into a fight or an argument over a movie. Either take it somewhere else or learn to respect eachother’s views.

Aap kay taawun ka shukria. :flower1:

Re: Khuda kay Liyay

I thought Movies itself were haram :) No ?

Re: Khuda kay Liyay

Like it or not ( And I am one of those who certainly don't) this movie will be a hit in Pakistan. Why?
Because Pakistani's are so messed up about deen that they will love the glamorous attention given to islam and Pakistanis via this movie. Our people have earned the leaders that are sitting on top of them right now.
Only a small minority will scream and shout, and then their will be police and military action against them.
Polarization in Pakistan between religious minded and "mazah" minded people is growing more and more these days...
Sorry to say but this is the truth..

One other thing that could happen, is that the current govt. suddenly bans the movie for a political win with Molvies at the last moment...

Re: Khuda kay Liyay

all i can say is shame on shoaib mansoor for producing such a piece of crap:nook:

Re: Khuda kay Liyay

Re: Khuda kay Liyay

can we actually have a review from anyone has actually watched the movie, which sucks big time ?

And tell us what evil is there and what is so satanic therein, Precisely ? :aq:

MAybe someone of could do a better job then the reviewer in first post and actually convince people, i mean realistically :chai:

Re: Khuda kay Liyay

This is not exactly right...he comes to america to study music, not for doing matric.

Re: Khuda kay Liyay

Laeeq Sahib, what did you intend to say in the above sentence? That although all the references are wrong, the inference in correct??

Re: Khuda kay Liyay

Seems the "religous" degenrates just expose themselves for the degenrates they are... Inshallah more Shoaib Mansoors will come our way, atleast to expose the religous degenerates for what they are, nothing but ignorant, bigoted liars...

Fact is though that the movie was a big hit. despite the nonsensical Fatwas from our idiot mullahs and our religous nut jobs..

Re: Khuda kay Liyay

I saw this film and I liked it. Well first of all, the production, acting, directing, and overall quality was really great, compared to typical Pakistani movies.

I don’t think it’s against anyone; neither Islam nor West. He is simply showing how some people brainwash youngsters and then how US kidnaps a Pakistani and how they treat him in prison and beat the crap out of him and paralyze him for life. Also, how sikhs were treated because they were mistaken to be from Middleast. I find the movie fair and this reviewer guy in the first post image is taking things in wrong context.

A few things I disagree with are how they are saying music is halal. Yes Hazrat Daa’ood had a beautiful voice but he didn’t sing songs with musical instruments. He used to praise his Lord with his voice only. Yes the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) said to Hazrat Aisha (R.A) that if there was some music/singing at the wedding, but that’s not the kind of singing that takes place these days. Besides, I believe only “dafli” is really okay in Islam, not other instruments. I think there’s a hadith by Prophet (PBUH) where he was really angry when he heard the sound of a musical instrument. I can’t recall the entire hadith.

People who think it’s a piece of crap, just pointing fingers doesn’t help; what helps is when you actually offer suggestions. What exactly did you find crap?

Re: Khuda kay Liyay

thanks for the reply. Such kind of replies are welcome and appreciated.

I posted it because i heard and read in places that the movie had serious issues. What really prompted me to start this thread was shoaib mansoor (whom i initially really respected) spoke against junaid jamshed.

I haven’t watched the movie and maybe some writings I myslef have quoted have gone a little overboard. I would now like to watch the movie for myslef. Secondly I don’t trust Geo films. They are promoting it like anything.

The points you have mentioned regarding the music thing … are the real problem.

I will be honest, i do listen to music myself but that doesn’t mean i would change the religion because i like music. I listen to music and i know its wrong. However i don’t go around making a movie telling others that even Prophet David was into music and stuff. Thats something that is very wrong.

Re: Khuda kay Liyay

i have a couple of questions. is the film in urdu or punjabi?
when will the dvd become available? will there be english subtitles?
thanks!

Re: Khuda kay Liyay

I agree. I also listen to music and I have no leg to stand on but you are right, just because we do something that's wrong, we shouldn't be making excuses. Admit it, what's wrong is wrong. I would really recommend that you watch the movie and then you should come back and give your opinion. I don't think it's a good idea to base an opinion based on other people's opinions because everyone has a different opinion. I look forward to your opinion after you watch the movie, it was available on google (not youtube as they are the same thing). It may still be there.

No Punjabi at all. Mostly Urdu and English. There are a few lines of Pashto but you can make out what they are trying to say. I watched it online and there were no subtitles. Not sure when the DVD will be available but as I said, a lot of it is in English, so I don't think one would really need subtitles. It depends on how much Urdu you know.
