yesterday i made exactly same as u wrote and my guests loved it..![]()
@ suhaina i guess firni contains chawal aata and for kheer we dont blend it finely ..the one i made yesterday was blended and there was rice bits in there aswell .
i usually add it during middle of the cooking process, tbh it doesnt matter when you add it, cause its gonna melt anyway
