Not sure where you are. In Cana-duh we have SHAKE AND BAKE. You throw chicken auntie ko in this bag with already made stuff (spicies) and you SHAKE and then u take it out and you BAKE in oven. Very simple. eVen I did it ... the one who burnt popcorn in microwave!
