I did… Nothing…they only carry him online. No way to test the product in person

How or why does this one stand out from the rest of high end brands? Is “enhancer” different than a foundation?

Its foundation…a cross between concealer and foundation actually. I think they call it an enhancer because it was meant to mimic actual skin. So this will not be delivering a powdery, matte finish. The finish will be natural but coverage is supposed to be amazing as well as the staying power!
