Time has come to shut down this corrupt department. Army officers should be back to army barracks for professional duty at the borders. This corrupt department has resulted in complete failure of Pakistan Railway, which in turn has resulted billions of dollars in loss and dis-service to people. Who is responsible for this corruption and billions of loss in foreign exchange?
