Google is not helping today! I am looking up PTV game shows and nothing useful has come up.

Is it a show about cricket?

I can only think of 2 game shows with TV hosts, Either you've asked for Tariq Aziz from Nilaam Ghar, But that isn't in production anymore. Next i can think of the game we play it self and is "meta" as you describe it. It is Kasauti, which has been revived. So you've either guessed Ubaid Ullah Baigh or Quresh Pour?
