Re: Kasouti VI

Is it in India?

Re: Kasouti VI

i think i'm only supposed to reply yes or no.

if you want to know if it is man-made, that is another question to ask. :p

Re: Kasouti VI

Not asking yet - but some things for us to consider or ask:

  1. Is it a city (although it could be a country as well) - so getting the answer to that question may not be helpful...
  2. Is it a major tourist destination?
  3. Is it a popular place for religious pilgrimage?
  4. Is it known for its architecture?

Re: Kasouti VI

we should ask next question regarding asia .. or shall we start assuming places both in africa/asia and narrow it down instead of asking its geographical location?

Re: Kasouti VI

wanna know if its a tourist place? most important one we've missed

Re: Kasouti VI

I should have chosen my words more carefully. I meant in the context of this situation.

A more apt statement would be every settlement in the world is man-made.

Re: Kasouti VI

dude, first discuss and then ask .. don't waste questions ..

Re: Kasouti VI

  1. no.

  1. yes

  1. yes

Re: Kasouti VI

Re: Kasouti VI

@Aceones! and @goddamniamsoawesome and @Sehrysh and @partyslims

lets narrow it down to the reason its known for ..
toursit
historical ..e tc

lots of historical places are famous for tourist as well .. so we gotta choose words properly ..

Re: Kasouti VI

Don't tell me what to do. :)

Re: Kasouti VI

How about if its a landmark? That should technically filter out cities and countries as answers and we'd be left with a man-made landmark? Aye/Nay?

Re: Kasouti VI

almost all of the religious pilgrimage sites are either natural places (mountains, rivers etc) or buildings (masjids, churches, mandirs, etc) and he has already answered "No" to both. i say we must know if its a tourist destination?

Re: Kasouti VI

Why hasn’t Queer answered my question? I guessed it!! :teary1:

Re: Kasouti VI

A landmark encompasses all tourist destinations or destinations of interest globally. So I'm not talking purely about religious locations.

I'm thinking along the lines of Suez Canal, Great Wall of China - A manmade structure which isn't a building, its a 'place' and its in that region. Ofcourse, this is just an example.
