Yes, after all Clinton is no less than the former President of the USA. His administration point blank refused to believe any Indian allegations against Pakistan, plus he specifically blamed Hindu militants like other people had. While the publishers may have struck out the comments from the book to keep some Indian's happy, the fact remains he and those who worked for him (Strobe Talbott) have not come out to retract their comments. India made the allegations against Pakistan about the massacre of Sikhs, and to this day nobody, including the former US President and his govt believe you.
Well now no government has denied those allegations either. As I said before, USA is neutral.
I think there is no use of further discussion, as Clinton has withdrawn his allegations on "Hindu millitants" over the massacre of Sikhs, which was the original topic of this thread.
