It happened in Kashmir, not in India.
And women who raped in India by your security forces are provided justice, because its a Hindu women thats involved.
It doesnt get punished in Kashmir because its a Kashmiri Muslim woman who is involved.

Kashmiri Muslim policemen have been implicated in this rape & murder. The investigating office as well as all other key personnel are also Kashmiri Muslims.

Keep your Hindu/India/Indian army rants for some other time
