friend....there is a great difference between cheapness and diplomacy....it is mush or china...this move by china is nothing but cheapness of a state and you are not only discussing but praising this cheapness of a state...not to grow is your ideological right....i have no objection.
LOLz, don't they say truth hurts, what next UN is also cheap. First learn some comprehension then may be you might be able to articualte and get your point across until then drum the chinese cheapness all you want that won't change ground realities.
