ginger garlic paste, salt, little red chilli powder, haldi, corriandar powder, little garam masala.

Tomatoes were added upon a friend's recomendation. It actually turned out good.
GTG, yeah I kept thinking about you and your karrhi adventures during the whole process. Infact almost sent you a msg saying "tum ne tou kafi baar karrhi kharab ki hai, what should be done in this situation?"...hehehe.
LOL and my reply would have been.. I stopped making it.. as much as I love karhi, I just can't get it right.. not always!

I normally bhonafy besan in the masala then blend it with yogurt and bring it to boil.
yeah thats fine too it cooks fast then actually i let it cooks for hours and hours so it turn out very yummmy based upon the response i get from people when they eat mines ...:)they like it
