She doesn’t have to convert as she has been practicing Christianity since she was born and in Islam guys are allowed to marry a Christian without converting her.
And judging others by their faith will not make us perfect a Muslim either. It’s between Allah and them who knows maybe they are in Allah’s good book than many of us who properly practice Islam, offer Namaz five times and then judge others by their look and profession.

Does it really make any difference? The Khans of India are not exactly the most religious? If it was such an issue he wouldn’t have married her and his previous non Muslim wife? His sister is in a relationship with a non-Muslim. So, to conclude I don’t think he gives a toss about the religious aspect of this and people just love making things up. The amount of people that start rumours about celebs converting to Islam is so boring/old now. It’s all a fantasy in their heads.
