Speaking of urdu, most people now are forgetting how to speak urdu. I am no expert either but I still know pure urdu words. That’s another story that I don’t use them when I speak. A common mistake is:

Meney yeh kaam kara.

It should be "Meney yeh kaam kiya.

If I am not wrong.

kara = kiya
terey ko = tumhe ya aap ko

And a few more I can’t think of at the moment.
