Gorgeous pictures.. high-rises and skyscrappers definately look nice.. but the attractive thing about Pak is its simplicity.. esp. seen in pics on first page.. like Sindh High Court and that lambiii clean road.. :love:

It is already happening my friend :k: Construction/ground-breaking of many highrises has already begun. Creek City, being one (residential building), still under-construction, has reached atleast the 14th or 15th floor. & oh yeah, its right next to the beach :smiley:

Its started already gilahi, watch in a couple of years this city is gonna rock.. theres gonna be three New Yorks in the world (one is the US, one in China, and third one here in beautiful Pakistan) Getting goose bumps already!!

What do you expect from those engineers? They need to learn something from all the construction done in lahore.. they get rain every day but no major damage.

Nice pics.. but perhaps some ppl seem to be getting over-excited about karachi. i m from there myself, and apart from a few areas - mainly in the so called posh areas of clifton and defence (that's right, spelt with a "c") - it is actually like, you know, the stereotypical image of pakistan: rickshaws and unchecked vehicles sputtering smoke, tongas here and there, awara cats and dogs, and fairly little plantation for the amount of pollution in the atmosphere.

btw pretty much greenery in the pics for my self-set karachi standards. good work.
