Apart from the fact that Citibank Karachi branch was almost going bankrupt in its Credit Card department…25,000 Rs. limit cards were being used overnight from perverts having registered to countless porn sites…
Citibank then introduced internet blocking…The remissions due to that became so much that any credit card with Pakistan’s number on it, stopped being taken by numerous companies including non-pornographic ones like subscriptions, auction sites even stocks and exchange sites e.t.c…
Also, I would definitely appoint MS as my Minister for the Promotion of Virtue and Surpression of Vice…:Pagri:

Cause it’s fun. How 'bout this, if Porn doesn’t bother you, then why do people who want to block off Porn sites?
I think it’s a great challenge. Heck, it may provide honest jobs to Pakistanis in IT…
