on the real topic, SC should ban cutting the trees in name of development, Canal road is already over developed, it does not need more extension to it, instead of this Govt should look for alternative ways, mass transit systems to reduce the traffic on the roads and build alternative road links, A Canal ferry service will be more environment friendly will allow north to south commuter link in the city.
smarter not wider roads are needed in Lahore now.
