what i dont get it is why they would put it so far off from the usual beach spots, from seaview or even the newly constructed park it looks pretty tiny. you have to drive out into the wilderness and a not so great area (sparsely populated area close to shirin jinnah colony) where theres no streetlights and the road is broken on one side to actually get a good view of it. pretty soon there will be lots of muggings there i wager, since there were plenty of people there to see the big fountain, no security, and no lights.
