I meant its an overall attitude by people of sub-continent to destroy history and historical places. If by any chance, we assume that Karachi archeology related to Sindh and its culture is being destroyed by UPwalas (which is not true 100%), no local Sindhi (so called sons of soil) will answer what restricted them to care for ruins of Moen-jo-Daro (near LaRkana in rural Sind surrounded by Sindhi population).
