Haha..good one!
Worst part is the adamant pakistani management who still refuses to concede that akmal is any bad in wicket keeping. Look at the words of Waqar younis:
“It was a bad day for Kamran. What he dropped were sitters, but it can happen in cricket. We’ve got a few days of rest and we will try to work with Kamran and make him a better keeper for the next game. But we are not thinking about any change in wicketkeeper, we may think on those lines once the World Cup gets over.”

Kamran Akmal is the "Iftikhaar" of Pakistani cricket.. If anyone remembers, Iftikhar used to be the Pakistani hockey player who used to sink pakistani team in the same fashion..

Kamran Akmal is not just the worst wicket keeper. He is a CRIMINAL.
And our cricket management, knowing fully well his crimes, continues to select him.

Our only interest should be winning the WC, and I think it’s on our best interest to get behind him, and get the best out of him.
It’s no time to make last minute changes, and it’s no time to play blame games. I’m sure he wants to succeed and contribute more than all of his critics put together, so yes go Kamran Akmal, you’ve my support. Hope he regains his confidence and make a comeback. And just boo! to everyone

I think this is the last chance for us to drop Kamran Akmal in this WC, which should be done ASAP. It would not only give us a fresh pair of hands to keep but also can be a moral boosting move which we'd need desperately in next levels.
Its not blame game, its "accepting the reality". Kamran akmal simply a liabilty and nothing more. If you make a list of wicket keepers Pakistan has ever got in any era, kamran akmal is surely THE WORST among all of them.

PALLEKELE, Sri Lanka: Kamran Akmal needed a clearance from an integrity committee appointed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) before joining Pakistan’s touring party for World Cup 2011 earlier this year.
The million-dollar question is on what grounds did the committee gave him a green signal to play for Pakistan in the global spectacle? The answer is: It didnít!
Well-placed sources told ‘The News’ here on Tuesday that two of the members of the integrity committee were fiercely opposed to the idea of including Kamran in the 15-man World Cup squad because they had their suspicions. But in the end, it was Ijaz Butt, the PCB chairman, who made the call and Kamran was made a part of Pakistan’s World Cup plans.
According to the sources, as members of the integrity committee two senior PCB officials — Subhan Ahmed (COO) and Zakir Khan — warned against Kamran’s inclusion in the World Cup squad but they were overruled by the Board chief.
Kamran has been under the microscope ever since he snatched defeat from the jaws of victory in the 2009 Sydney Test against Australia by dropping Michael Hussey three times besides squandering an easy run-out opportunity.
On Tuesday here at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium, he gave Ross Taylor a couple of birthday reprieves in the New Zealand batsman’s first five minutes on the crease. Taylor went on to smash an unbeaten 131 to guide New Zealand to 302-7.
It was inevitable that the finger of suspicion was once again raised at Kamran, who according to Mazhar Majeed — the man at the centre of last year’s spot-fixing scandal — is one of the seven players who had links with him. Majeed, who was caught out in a British tabloid match-fixing sting, also claimed some players in the Pakistan team made about $3 million from the Sydney debacle.
Kamran was also one of the two players who were sent notices by the International Cricket Council’s anti-corruption unit (ACSU) for incidents for incidents during last year’s ICC World Twenty20 championship following Pakistan’s semifinal defeat against Australia from a seemingly-winning position. Salman Butt, who was banned for ten years after being found guilty of spot-fixing last month, was the other player.
Even if suspicions of match-fixing are brushed aside as apparently there are no proofs against Kamran, his generally awful performance behind the stumps is enough for the country’s cricket chiefs to fire him.
Kamran is easily one of the most erratic wicket-keepers in Test cricket though if you take a look at his stats, they don’t look unimpressive. From 132 One-day International appearances, Kamran Akmal has 204 victims behind the stumps which includes 22 stumpings. But it’s a pity that the stats don’t show the catches he has dropped.
It’s high time for Pakistan get rid of the butter-fingered Kamran Akmal, at least from the behind the stumps.
“He (Kamran) is one of the biggest weak links in this Pakistan team,” Ramiz Raja, the former Pakistan captain, told ‘The News’ here on Tuesday. “They should have gotten rid of him long time back,” added Ramiz, who is working here as a television commentator.
“He has a tendency of dropping crucial catches and somehow they almost, always cost Pakistan in a big way,” said the former Test opener.
Ramiz said that Pakistan will have seriously start looking for a good wicketkeeper to replace Kamran. “You can’t expect to win consistently if your wicketkeeper is so bad,” he stressed.
Peter Roebuck, the former Somerset skipper, agreed with Ramiz.
“Why is he still playing for Pakistan? He is just awful,” Roebuck told ‘The News’. Roebuck, who is now a cricket writer, was in Sydney where Akmal allowed the Aussies to win the Test. “It baffles me the way he drops these catches and still manages to retain his place in the Pakistan team,” he said.

After Pakistan as a team being under so much speculation and scrutiny with match/spot fixing allegations and all, starting off with the Sydney 2010 test, and with 3 players now on bans, on what basis does Kamran have the heart to lead our team down the train.
It's upsetting and embarrassing. God help Pakistan, may he save us from the Shaytaan !

Man, no one can be as disloyal as Kamran Akmal is. No doubt they can be 'bad' wicket keepers who don't deserve to be, but this guy has shattered many hearts, made successful losses and destroyed people like Danish Kaneria's career by PURPOSELY dropping his catches and stumping !
