As the house prices are 3 times my current house price, and I doubt I will me making 3 times more in CA, the living standard has to be REALLY good for me to move. And the professionalism of the Pakistani Community doesn't go that far.
Is the housing market showing any signs of settling down?

I have heard there may be a bit of snowfall in San Fran a few years ago. It never snows in SJ, though. For skiing, you have to drive 3 hours to get to Lake Tahoe.

Yes. San Jose considers itself the capital of Silicon Valley, however, the entire Bay Area, except San Francisco, is considered part of Silicon Valley.

Also, Saline is preferred over Silicone.
Apparently, Silicone can cause harmful leaks by over exuberant admirers..........don't ask me how I know :)
