kalash people probably belong to those vedic aryan tribes that migrated to southern afghanistan and pakistan through central asia...majority of those tribes settled down along indus river where they composed the bulk of vedas...and if they are the successors of Alexander's army then why have they not managed to keep their greek language in a pure form though living in a remote area without having any contact with the outside world...

You're confusing mount kailas with kalash valley, former is a mountain most probably in Tibet while the later is a valley(home of a primitive pagan tribe) in the NWFP province...
To me ... there is nothing exotic about white skin, fair hair and blue eyes ... in fact, it's rather common ... but that's just me. :)
I never met a greek person with blonde hair and blue eyes. These are nordic features. Greeks are brunettes with wide hips and stocky build, who own shipping companies.

I hope not to divert the topic, but I thought this is relative to the foreign left-overs in Pakistan. There is a area in NWFP called Darra. Its just a few miles east of Afghanistan. Its inhabited by Darra Afridis. It is said during late 1800's, a young rebelled against the British. His name was Ajab Gul Khan Afridi. He kidnapped a British girl aged 17 to his village. The inhabitants of that area in Darra are said to be the offpsrings of that couple. The darra people look caucasian because of their complexion and thin features. Afridis in particular have distinct facial hints , high cheek bones and asiline nose.
There is said to be a greek tribe named Apriuti, hence Afridi. Also if you notice pakhtuns when speaking in a flow, let the 'f' sound 'p'. For example instead of 'Yusuf', we will say 'Yusupa'.
I thought its interesting to note this. Anthropologists have made a similar connection.
