My friend saw it and said that it was a good movie but something not the whole family. Rated above PG-13. Waise although no one has given me any leads to the story I have seen the posters and after the first sight got the hint of this being a "the usual suspects" ripoff! (?)
If this one is technically better than normal indian movies, I'd like to see it though. This was one of the reasons I love "Dil Chahta Hai".

*It's *inspired* from "The Reservoir Dogs", you idiotic shmuck, not "The Usual Suspects". Get your facts straight and enjoy the movie :) . The language might be inappropriate for 12 year old kids like you, but it's fine with adults like us. People, That Is All.*
Yes movie was good. There were some loopholes in scripts, one of them being SANJAY DUTT suddenly starts speaking English after irritating us throughout the movie that he doesnt know english ( I dont know why). But thats ok.
Mahesh Manjrekar(Bali) surprised us with his acting. We knew he was a brilliant director but never knew he was good actor also.
Some people who are not aware of Indian slangs may not enjoy is as much as others but still can understand using subtitles.
Finally a Desi movie which desont follow where unnecessrily a guy is not running around trees and singing song..

The Game get your damn facts straight you shumcky Assclown. The first half of the movie is inspired by "The Usual Suspects" while the second half of the movie is inspied by the "Reservior Dogs." And yes, the movie is for adults.

*That's yet another Indian movie loophole, if I'm not mistaken. "Reservoir Dogs" had no obvious fault like that one. People, That Is All.*
never saw a more sick, disgusting, demented, yuckkkkkkk movie in my life
itni bakwaas movie hay and its so violent and grossss yukkkkk
the songs are the only thing going for the movie aur un tak kee picturisation bhee bilkul ajeeb si hui vi hae
don’t watch the movie its a total waste of time and a bad influence. it’ll make u feel sickkkkkkkk… i never should have watched it khamakha doston ke kehne pe un ke saath mil ke dekh lee par i felt sick after watching it last nite and v forwarded like half of it waste of time why do they make these types of movies anyway
and btw what was that dumb scene abt where that muslim guy is selling them explosives on top of the bldg and they push him down the bldg coz ‘hindustani ke saamnay hindustan uranay ki baat naheen kerni chaiyay’
if they are so patriotic why dont they go back home and join the army instead of killing ppl bakwaas
why do they have to put propaganda against muslims in all their movies

Technically, this movie is a typical Indian Movie.
Aankhein was so original and technically excellent movie. Better than DCH. Another flop movie named AKS was technically superb. Lagta hai Indian chamaaron ko abhi time lage gaa achi movies ko hit karaane mein. Road is another example, techincally (Y), just like any Kevin Bacon movie, Road has a touch of Texan style. Even the title song itself is kinda first country song of Indian Film industry.
In Kaantay, they had lots of hindi cenima stuff which made the GOLDEN star cast look aweful. Sanjay Dutt steals the show and AB stands on runner up. I think they both qualify equally to work with Al Pacino and Robert DeNiero. They might learn some more. The background music was somewhere in the middle of bolly/hollywood. Not that impressive. Amitabh firing at police to save Lucky was exteremly wrong. It looked to the viewer for next two minutes as HE IS firing at Lucky not at police. I think this kind of camera work is quit by even Pakistanis back in 80s. khair bare bare projects mein esi mistakes hojaati hain. I didn't like the maskhara/blond hair guy , mahesh is the name i guess. He over acted when scratching his head all the time and ocassionally haklahat. When Sujay speaks out in English with the bouncers, it was obvious that he is the undercover cop, as his accent was typical LAPD type. But there director tried to trick the God Father movie fans, as it is unusal for the main suspect. The END was all (Y).
The Best indian movie i have ever seen ! (excluding the love stories)
pretty well made, planned and directed film......thumbs up to the director, sanjay dutt, mahesh manjrekar for putting up such nice performances...... A VERY GOOD MOVIE !
Mahesh Manjeraker was awesome in his role. This was his first hindi movie and he did really well in his role...and didnt overact. Certainly the best movie I've seeen!
