well.........it is a ranking system to determine who actually deserves to be 'star of gupshup'.....not only looking at number of posts, but also taking into account the quality of the posts :~)

no of new threads opened by u in various forums
no of replies in these threads
do this for one week starting from wednesday noon GMT

well, u will agree that in Cafe not many quality posts are posted........so therefor the overall quota of cafe is lower than other forums.......this way u can get the weighed ranking etc
well woh to hay, cuz cafe is just a place to relax, it doesnt really have a particular purpose to it like other forums...

exactly......therefore it is much easier to post in caf than in other forums
even a thread with one smilie will get 50 replies............so therefore giving away stars just based on the no of posts isn't fair
