Nes dear, nahi yaar nail biters ki tarha nahi ke meray chibbe chibbe nails hain. nails to theek hain lekin kat’ti zaroor houn. but the worst habit in me is i pick my skin. nails kay aas paas sari skin ka satyanaas ho gya hay. yeh to meri bachpan ki aadat hai. i know when i was 3 or 4 mai shuru say hi aisi houn. i just pick A LOT on my skin. especially now a days. for some reason i dont know. since ive started going to college. though uss say pehlay bhi tha. have tried few times to quit this lekin no affect. mera khayal hai aaj tak meray jitni koi nahi karta ho ga. ive seen a lot of ppl biting their nails lekin not picking their skin! there are several reasons to it though. u mightve studies about it, if anatomy li hai detail main. i dont know what reasons goes for me. ghar main kabhi kisi nai note nahi kiya. kitni ajeeb baat hai. its been a looong time since is tarted doing this lekin kabhi kisi nai note nahi kiya. usually tv dekhte huwe i start doing “tik tik” with my nails and md wants to smack me for that. cuz she hates the voice uss say chante khate khate bachi houn. i stop for a while and start doing it again aram say. 
bari hi lammi lammi kahaniyan hain. cchorain paran. aadat khatam to ki ja sakti hai, lekin khatam tabhi ho gi jab koi aisa banda meray saath lagay ga jo 24 hrs meray peecchay para rahay. aur usually im alone aur when im alone i even do it more, and get more time to do it.!! seems impossible for me. lekin har kisi ki koi na koi aadat hoti hi hai hena other than biting and picking their skin and nails. some ppl keep on swirling their hand through their hair. meray mamu ko mathay kay baal patnay ki aadat hai abhi tak nahi gayi. and the same aadat is in my 1 yr old cousin!. kuch log finger muun main dalte hain ya phir something in their hand thts always in their mouth. some ppl bite their lips. i do this too! sometimes i do so much ke my lips start bleeding so bad. some ppl keep on touching their nose. and pata nahi kya kya…
