you should post a pic of the outfit and mention the designer :) bc it was lovely and though the lady was odd she had nice stuff and decent prices.
Also a justice of the peace ceremony is basically when you go to the courthouse and sign legal documents making you a married couple in the eyes of the law. This helps when it comes time to file taxes and visa issues and so forth.
