LMAO! You are asking on such a forum about what guys will do? I am sorry I am not in the mood to get lynched.

Re: Just For Men Series: Treat 'em mean, Keep 'em keen

what is it with members here posting crap on topics about keeping your other half in control. :emmy:

Re: Just For Men Series: Treat 'em mean, Keep 'em keen

Because a woman should be barefoot and chained to the damn stove.

Re: Just For Men Series: Treat 'em mean, Keep 'em keen

Why? You cannot handle having an equal partner in something that you need her under your thumb? Your life is that terrible and you are that insecure that the only source of self-esteem you can get in your life is by putting someone else down?

Then...you probably need to rethink why you're getting married in the first place....

And whether a woman will even tolerate this. Sure, you might manipulate her for a certain amount of time, but a woman will eventually figure out how to :

  1. escape

or

  1. make your life a living nightmare

or

  1. she'll just find a way to take it out on your family

or

  1. she'll fool you into thinking YOU are manipulating HER, when it is really the other way around.

Regardless, the ladies usually win at the end of the day. You just figure out whether you want to be a decent honest lad and have a REAL relationship with your wife, or you want to spend the rest of your life in a state of delusional domination.

seriously?

Re: Just For Men Series: Treat 'em mean, Keep 'em keen

I think the same rules apply when trying to keep a man under control!

Ladies, take notes and keep that man under your thumb!

One of your friends sounds confused and stupid.

Ask ANY married men in this forum how well that technique has worked for any of them.

Re: Just For Men Series: Treat 'em mean, Keep 'em keen

Um yeah she's gonna keep looking for his approval until one day she'll snap and stab him. Watch. I wouldn't go there if I were you

Re: Just For Men Series: Treat 'em mean, Keep 'em keen

Most women I know only seek approval are from their moms, sisters, friends and cousins.

u for real?

Re: Just For Men Series: Treat 'em mean, Keep 'em keen

for the ladies in this thread. All else, being equal, you're definately going to be more receptive to a guy who maintains some distance from you VS a guy who's a doormat and is on his knees all the time.

Don;t deny it - that's just human nature. So the men out hear, heed this advice, unless u wanna be manipulated by your woman.

Re: Just For Men Series: Treat 'em mean, Keep 'em keen

Not true.

Too clingy can be a turn off. But so can a distanced person who shows he doesn't care.

The same rules apply for men, yes. If I use the same guidelines YeaBoi outlines on a man…he will behave the same way. But then, I dont have a husband…I have a puppy.

Receptive? No. Annoyed and dismissive, yes.
