Junoon don't deserve an emmy at all. It's hard to believe that one of the band left Vital Signs to form this so-called 'rock band'. If you want to listen to good rock music, buy a Guns n Roses albumn or something by Aerosmith.
Look I've got nothing against Junoon, so don't anybody take this personally, but the only couple of songs I've heard are just tuneless screeching and wailing. Junoon just suck so bad that there's really no alternative other than to point it out.

chor yaar. You think Junoon are a rock band and you're giving me advice about music? Give some advice to Salman bhayee instead, and tell him to go kiss and make up with JJ. At least Vital Signs came close to making something that sounds like a tune.
mr extreme, i think you are a bit misinformed, jj and salman did not part on bad terms yara... Salman just left the group cuz he felt his guitaring ka us me koi use nahee tha, thats why he formed junoon... btw junaid and salman are like best friends, you should see their pics in the nazia hassan concert...

I read about the tribute concert in one of Ali's thread and I confess I was very moved by the fantastic reception that Vital Signs got when they did their classic number Dil Dil Pakistan, and the brilliant ovations in memory of Nazia.
Maybe Salman's a good guitarist but the din that Junoon churn out is in no way comparable to what VS and Nazia & Zoheb did. Still everyone's entitled to their opinion. It's just that mine's probably worth taking more notice of. But that's just my opinion. (which is worth taking more notice of).

extreme u are right, junaid jamshed and nazias songs were brilliant, but junoon is also good yar... their jazba-e-junoon still rox the patriotism inside pakistanis!!
