Zia was one person not establishment. he was one person in the establishment.
Jung was not in the court trial, but it was in the media trail against ZAB and PPP.
Jung Group has always been against PPP and other liberal in Pakistan.

Well establishment includes senior ranks of the military and intelligence agencies, the civil service/bureaucracy, key members of the judiciary and media. Since in Pakistan the judiciary has always been subservient to whoever is in power, you could say the government is also part of establishment.
