Re: Judicial Comission - Evidence

^^ This tribunal was formed to investigate the rigging in Internal elections of PTI.. which it did and blamed Jahangeer Tareen for whole saga.. and because IK can do nothing against Jahangeer Tareen so he dissolved this tribunal…

and this is how PTI replied about the allegations it made… after all , it was just allegations and the talk of a drug addicted if not a conspiracy against the govt of Pakistan

Re: Judicial Comission - Evidence

Democracy is a great thing indeed, mureeds of family limited parties commenting on intra party elections and it’s dynamics lol

Maybe first ask your parties to hold similar elections before pointing fingers at others.

PTI held such elections for the first time and it was wrong for them to hold such elections in such a short time just before general elections so lots of problems are coming out. This would be much better exercise next time and will probably take few more elections before it all settles.

Meanwhile thekedaar of democracy have still not done anything like this in 3-4 decades

Re: Judicial Comission - Evidence

Pathetic patwaris. They think ‘submitting’ evidence in court is equal to publicising it on the internet. They have no idea how the legal system and court proceedings work.

Forget about PTI or whatever they have submitted, go away and see if you can get hold of any details or copy of evidenced submitted by PPP! They had submitted the evidence for certain, now go and get hold of all the details. If you can’t then don’t cry about PTI’s records not becoming public.

Re: Judicial Comission - Evidence

Ignore their idiocy and desperate jibes. They know sheet about how legal proceedings work. The evidence which is supposed to be presented in front of the judges cannot be made public! People are idiots for thinking that court room evidence can be published on Facebook or on twitter. Why do you think media has absolutely no access to any details submitted by 20 or so parties?

Last time I checked, 20 political parties have submitted their evidence in JC including the PPP who never thought JC was important enough, but pathetic patwaris think that JC was only formed for PTI! If it was only formed for PTI then why are other parties now admitting rigging and making use of JC?

Re: Judicial Comission - Evidence

Regardless of how pathetically and shamelessly paid Patwaris lie and say how there is no evidence submitted by PTI, the following is an snippet from Dawn’s article today:

*Like other parties, PTI also furnished additional evidence to the commission. Ishaq Khakwani, the head of PTI’s task force on poll rigging, told Dawn that his party had submitted additional material that ran into 120,000 pages and mostly dealt with 82 constituencies of the national and provincial assemblies.

*PML-N submits 117-page rebuttal to judicial commission - Pakistan - DAWN.COM

So it clearly states that PTI had provided bulk of evidence and it continues to provide additional information. Why no media outlet has no details of PTI or any party’s evidence is a completely different issue all together. Just because you can’t find it advertised on Facebook, doesn’t mean the evidence doesn’t exist!

Re: Judicial Comission - Evidence

Imagine if some documentary evidence was made public, people will rubbish it without even analysing. So far there has been reports (before JC was even formed) about 25000 or so votes that were without stamps, some bags had garbage and many had fake ballot papers, there has been confirmation about extra ballot papers being printed extra but no all this means nothing, people want to see a video recording of Nawaz Sharif stuffing fake votes in the bags with live commentary “Nazreen main Nawaz Sharif Imran ko haranay k fake votes daal raha hon, please kisi ko batayega nahi”

Re: Judicial Comission - Evidence

^ It’s nothing but general stupidity and lack of education. Why should courtroom evidence be publicised for public entertainment? So apart from JC, you have another parallel trial running in the media? Or publicise the evidence so by the time JC sits down to give its verdict, the source of evidence is either vanished or manipulated. I think most PMLN supporters are only interested in the latter.

Forget about PTI; PPP’s paper work was led by none other Aitzaz Ahsan - the legal juggernaut of the country - so why didn’t PPP’s evidence come public? I’m pretty sure likes of Aitzaz Ahsan know more about legal protocols and rules than the ‘Papu Patwaris’ he famously made to look so disgustingly stupid in the parliament.

Once JC starts the hearing process and people are called to the witness box, I’m quite certain that media will have some access to the proceedings.

Re: Judicial Comission - Evidence

@anwerPasha

Is there any source of the news above, this is very allegation on PTI, i mean they been shouting systematic rigging, naming, Ex-CJ, Ex-Army Chief, ROs, Care Taker CM Najam Sethi, and whole world. They’be claiming to having tapes of 35 punctures, and evidence of all kind to prove the whole elections of 2013 void… and now you are saying that they have no evidence to provide???

If that is the case, the losses incurred due to PTI.. who is responsible for that? Lahore Jam, Faisalabad Jam, Karachi Jam, Scores killed in due process… all for what??? I don’t believe above statement is true…

Re: Judicial Comission - Evidence

It is very simple , Just check , What they submitted as evidence
Nothing at all
No clue to any planned rigging
not included Iftekhar , Kiani and other names , he was quoting
What Altaf said , everyone is angry , More Imran said to everyone
But no action because he is a Lahori

Probing 2013 elections: PPP takes U-turn on evidence

****ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) took a U-turn from its erstwhile stance to present evidence of alleged rigging in the May 2013 general elections before the judicial commission. It has decided to solely rely upon the evidences to be presented by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

“The PPP has absolved itself of the challenging task to identify the perpetrators, while shifting the onus of responsibility onto the PTI’s shoulders,” a party leader conceded while talking to The Express Tribune on Friday.

The political parties claiming that the elections were rigged have been asked by the General Elections 2013 Inquiry Commission, investigating the vote fraud allegations, to fill out a questionnaire asking the parties if the polls were ‘systematically’ rigged and, if so, to identify the perpetrators. In his reply to the commission, headed by Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk, PPP’s central leader Aitzaz Ahsan stated: “They will not file any additional document or furnish a list of witnesses but will rely on the documents produced by the PTI.”

http://i1.tribune.com.pk/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/71.jpg

On April 29, the last date of hearing, the PTI and the PPP told the inquiry panel that it was the commission’s responsibility to gather evidences on rigging. The PTI also said as it was an opposition party in the national and Punjab assemblies, it could not have direct access to all the material and evidence.

However, PTI chief Imran Khan recently announced at a press conference that his party would submit evidences of rigging in 74 constituencies to show how the general elections were rigged and managed in favour of one party.

On May 5, the commission will resume its hearing and look into the evidence and material provided by the PTI or any other political party. The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) would be able to cross-examine the witnesses.

The judicial commission further incorporated in its record that the counsel [Aitzaz Ahsen] pressed his application for reopening of the bags containing the election material of a proportion of the total number of the constituencies. The commission further observed that “the counsel may provide a list of such constituencies so that notices be issued to the returned candidates”.

Former governor Punjab Sardar Latif Khosa and PPP senator Aitzaz Ahsan are representing PPP before the inquiry commission.
MQM, PTI, BNP, MDM and PML-Q have already filed their replies to the questionnaire provided to all the parties on the last date of hearing. The PML-Q has requested the poll probe commission to summon the chiefs of ISI and MI as witnesses to produce evidence of rigging in the 2013 elections

The government’s counsel Shahid Hamid said that PML-Q assaulted and insulted the judiciary while recommending the ISI and MI level inquiry commission to probe the serving judges of the apex court. He also said the PTI did not spare anyone for 2013 rigging allegations.

On last hearing, the counsel representing the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) undertook to file reply to the application of the petitioner within two days.

In consultation with all the counsels representing the political parties it was decided that the political parties may examine their own witness on oath to bring on record appropriate documents and may provide list of witnesses that they wish the commission to summon, along with brief statement of the purpose for which they are to be examined.
