Advice should always be given when sought.
Otherwise you should learn from what you see and avoid making the same mistakes you see being made.

Now we can bring in the discussion of what makes you, and not you specifically but the proverbial collective “you”, think that “you” know better or best? Maybe the bully in the school yard is how our kids should be??

Interesting, what makes us right? Society normal etiquettes may be.
