so that means anytime we want only one person to view our private entry - we have to delete all the names off our journal buddy list, and just have that one person's name?

That's what I do... delete people's name and then put them all back in at a later time... it's quite tedious

That’s the most ridiculous thing I have been reading here.. All along I was expecting someone to say what it means really…

You delete guppies from your buddy list so they can’t see the entry but the ones who remain in the list and then you make the entry private… fine… they will no t see it…

Now tell me one thing :rolleyes:

Later when you will add them in your buddy list again, will not they have access to that particualr private Entry right at the moment you make them your buddy again :konfused: unless you delete the entry before that which is like more ludicurous to say the least :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Can you check my journal and verify that you see the last entry as "Remedy" .. if YES, then I have the solution for you:)

naYee blog site kaa intezaar karo which is in BETA non-testing phase:balley::balley:, they aint gonna work on these journals anyway :wub: these will be migrated to that site and it is feared that some may end up losing part or whole of journal data :dixsi:

When I know that the buddy that I wanted to read the entry did already, I put the entry on private only and uncheck the allow the buddies to read. The entry remains but no one can see it anymore… Then I add all my buddy list later on. So it’s not ridiculous… it’s just tedious!

when i make an entry private i still see as other entries..
how would i know if other ppl cant see that :hoonh:
there is no indication that it is private, there should be a seperate link for private entries.:konfused:

What if my journal is private...and i have journal buddies..then if i don,t want them to see the entry...what can i do..? Will marking the entry private...make it totally private...or will the buddies still see it..??:(

BB - yes, you can see your own privae entries. if you've marked it down as a private entry, than it will be private from other guppies. trust me - this is the one thing that works :p

victory - if you've marked down your journal as private (make sure there's a check mark in the box that says 'Make this entry private' ) then no one can see that entry except for you.
only when you click on 'make this entry visible to my journal buddies' ..only than will your buddies be able to see the entry
