It seems that Americans know about the extra judicial killings if any have been carried out in KP and Balochistan, and they will use that for blackmailing/bargaining chip, as they allowed Saddam and other dictators to carry out genocide of their people when it suited their interests and used it as a charge sheet when they wanted to dispose of them. May Allah guide the security forces towards the right path.

All the above is based on nothing but conjecture, because it starts with “It seems like”.
Where is the proof?
