Yep, it has liquroice which is known to be a cough suppresant. It certainly did the trick when I was bunged up and had an irratating cough.

I love Joshanda and have it everytime I feel any sort of congestion coming on. The taste isnt so bad at all...I also mix it with honey.

Never tried Joshand. Er......don't want to either. The smell is unpleasantly overwhelming. And if the taste doesn't clear up your sinuses.....man, the smell surely will! LOL
