Why would joking about casinos or alcohol be kufr? I can understand if people joke about a Sunnah … because it is sacred to Islam and to joke about Sunnah is to dishonour the prophet Muhammad (SAW) … but why would joking about a casino or alcohol be kufr … unless you mean going to casinos, drinking alcohol and joking about Islam … then there may be a point.
