I am not advocating crimnality by Pathans or Punjabis or any other ethnicity. In fact I have never tried to label any criminal with an ethnicity. MQM does not mean a specific ethnic group.. it’s a political party who is alleged to use violent/criminal means to achieve political motives. This fact has been mentioned clearly in these JITs.. It’s the other way round.. when someone questions about their alleged criminality they start using the ehtnic card.. and start this rant about targeting mohajirs as done very recently by their spokesperson..
As far as the credibility of these JITs is concerned, the reason JITs are formed is to counter this argument. When you have multiple institutions of your country taking part in an investigation you must respect these investigations. Otherwise there is no other mechanism available to us to maintain civil order in the country. Furthermore it’s up to the judicial courts to decide the reliability of the JITs and evidence.. the job of the government is to take action on these JITs and prosecute the criminals in courts based on these evidence.. instead of negotiating political gains from these criminal evidence..
