The Supreme Court and JIT are acting as biased prosecutors, judges and jury in a politically motivated witch-hunt. So many people have been named in Panama papers and yet the Supreme Court can only find Nawaz Sharif who is not even named in the Panama leaks to investigate. Jahangir Tareen became a billionaire in several years and a family that had industries since Pakistan was formed and before is asked to give money trail going back 40 years or more to justify flats bought in London that we all knew about and have been investigated in the past by both Benazir Bhutto and Musharraf. This is making a mockery of justice system.
Dharna 1 and 2 have failed now this is dharna 3 in the form of an attempted judicial coup with the same people and parties behind it that wish to set Pakistan back and try to create instability in the country.

I agree with Asma Jahangir that the Panama case is not about accountability but an attempt at regime change. It is an attempt to undermine the mandate of the electorate by unelected and unelectable forces.

I don’t think so. Zardari is still playing compromising policy to save hoarded money. Sharif should have retired the moment dissent note of two judges published in the media. agar haath saaf hon to phir yeh na maaloom afraad kya kar saktay hain? If he goes to jail, Zardari should follow him. Pakistan is sick and tired of these cunning corrupt b@st@4ds. Bring honest leadership for God sake.

2ndly, it was Aitzaz Gas Ahsan who suppprted JIT for not allowing lawyer access for the sharif family or other witnesses…
Now when whole social media is fill with the idiocity of JIT and JIT crying!!! He cams oit towing Line of Shokra Qadri of Jhung!!! That JIT is helping Sharif family…does this idiot realize he, JIT, PTI and judiciary is making this process controversial…

Sir jee! If you are what I think yoy are then you are well aware that if a person want, he have right to object on investigating officer and have him changed by giving a return application amd not only that, if a person feel that a judge is biased then he can have his case transferred to another court/judge…
This JIT have done far more damages while conducting investigations then findings…and now they are crying that time is not enough or Institutions are not complying!!! What do these JIT members think, other than them…all officers are corrupt and these are afew holy cows???
These remarks of JIT that records are being temparred can have serious consequences as any good lawyer can ask them prove their claim and iam certain that these JIT members wont be able to do it…
They (JIT) are politicuzing the case, they want and are involving PTI and PPP on their side!!@ this will back-fire as the pic-leak back-fired on their faces…
So wait and watch..
General sentiments are with Sharifs, today people are discussing how Judiciary first humilated President Zardari and how they are doing it with PM Nawaz Sharif…whereas they wet their pants when it comes Mushy or Pets like Imran Khan or Tahir Ul Padri…

The allegations by JIT team on record tempering is a criminal act. It will definitely go against PM and co. Unless PM suspend those b@st@rds and strictly advise them to provide what JIT want, PM will be held responsible for money laundering and record tempering.

And how to prove that JIT’s accusation have got any weight??? I mean it is easy to point fingers, but in court one have to prove it!!! Does the JIT have got enough to prove in the court that records are changed in favor of Sharifs…because of it has to be heresay only, then Sharifs can say that Records are temperred to accuse them…
So can JIT prove that records have been temperred or they learned it from IK to lie and lay false allegation…

Looks like JIT is not getting much and trying for desparate measures. these allegations are serious and they will need to prove these, they will need to show what was tampered, pre and post, this JIT has destroyed whatever case could have been. Nawaz may become invincible now.
